Dr. Nolan is the Rachford and Carlota A. Harris Professor in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Nolan’s areas of research include hematopoiesis, cancer and leukemia, autoimmunity and inflammation, and computational approaches for network and systems immunology.

HiD Cell Barcoding & Imaging

Garry will present Quantum BarCoding for billion cell barcoding of protein/DNA/RNA in cells as well as a sequential imaging approach that inexpensively converts fluorescence microscopes into a 50-100 parameter imaging ( 3-5 hours determined by resolution, parameters, and field of view).
