Jamie Keck received her Ph.D. from The Scripps Research Institute, La Jolla CA. She is a clinical cancer genomics project manager at OHSU Knight Diagnostic Laboratories where she leads a study using exome sequencing to profile tumors and identify targeted therapies for patients. As a senior research associate with Brian Druker she characterized novel HER2 mutations in leukemia. Her transition into a clinical role was inspired by the experience of navigating her Mother through diagnosis and treatment of metastatic cholangiocarcinoma.
