Clinical Implementation of PM Programs

With the practice of medicine shifting toward a value-based model, healthcare systems are systematically implementing precision medicine programs with the goals of capturing the program's' clinical, operational, and financial impacts and improving best practices. Practical application of such implementations varies widely in scope and level of integration depending on the health system. At this roundtable, panelists from a range of providers and organizational structures will discuss how precision medicine has been systematized at their institutions and how it affects the cost and quality of patient care. They will outline their successes and challenges in using outcomes data to implement best practices and demonstrate value in their precision medicine programs.
